Reason Why WWE Hasn’t Signed Rey Mysterio to a Deal Yet

While The Young Bucks officially announced Rey Mysterio’s match for the September 1st All In show, negotiations with WWE and Mysterio are on-going.

Bryan Alvarez confirmed on today’s installment of Wrestling Observer Live that WWE is still interested in bringing Mysterio back to the company, however there appears to be an issue with the dates Mysterio is willing to work. WWE apparently wants Mysterio to work more dates than he’s interested in working and that appears to be the holdup between both parties.

It was previously reported that WWE had an issue with Mysterio working the All In show. We will keep you updated if we receive any additional details on Mysterio’s return to WWE.
