WWE Still Considering The Undertaker vs John Cena SummerSlam Rematch

SummerSlam is set to be a big event and WWE could be playing around with the idea of booking another huge match on the show.

It was noted in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that another match they’re kicking around backstage is a rematch of John Cena vs The Undertaker. Although there have been no hints dropped for this match on television, WWE could make it happen.

It would make sense if this match were to take place right now. The Undertaker recently competed at an MSG house show and the New York market was very hot for him. It would also feel much more special since Taker rarely wrestles outside of the WrestleMania pay-per-view at this stage in his career.

Only time will tell if we see Super Cena vs The Deadman once again, but it’s apparently not a dead idea backstage in WWE right now.
