Top International Name Added To Mae Young Classic II

The Mae Young Classic already has Kaitlyn and Io Shirai and now Toni Storm is added to the list. Storm made it pretty far last year, but this year is an entirely different group of women aside from a few repeats but that will happen when you need to fill 32 slots.

The Mirror got the exclusive that Toni Storm has been added to the Mae Young Classic this year. This announcement was expected since she’s been touring with WWE in the UK and working the WWE UKCT events. She is also signed to a deal and will be on the NXT UK roster.

The Mae Young Classic won’t air until later this summer, but they need to tape the specials on August 8th and 9th to give the crew time to cut it together.

It looks like WWE is going to keep putting together the Mae Young Classic one piece at a time. But at least announcing it like this builds suspense.
