Lana apparently is dealing with an issue with Delta Airline as she took to Twitter to call them out for bad customer service. You can check out the tweet below.
Here we GO @Delta AGAIN !!!! The supervisor lied to me, the app is down, and no one at Delta wants to take responsibility and help fix the problem. Just continuing to be a very poor airline with very bad costumer service
