It appears that the TLC pay-per-view is not canceled.

PWInsider reports that WWE plans to have the annual show take place on December 16th in San Jose, CA. TLC was originally set to take place on the 21st of October from the TDGarden Arena in Boston, MA and the San Jose event was scheduled to be Clash of Champions.
