We reported last night that Ruby Riott missed RAW after suffering a left knee injury during a weekend live event while working with Dana Brooke. WWE has now provided an update and revealed that her MRI confirmed a MCL sprain in her left knee but didn’t provide a timeline for her return.

It’s hard to say exactly how long it takes for MCL sprains to heal but few factors affect the recovery timeline. A mild Grade I sprain could take anywhere from two to six weeks to recover, while a Grade III sprain could take months of dedicated rehab. Basically, it all depends on how severe her sprain is and that information is not available at this time.

We will keep you updated on her recovery and return as we receive information.
