Ronda Rousey went ballistic on Kurt Angle and Alexa Bliss following Money In The Bank and she was promptly suspended for it. But there were still plenty of dates for her on the calendar that weren’t scrapped for Rousey.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that Rousey has now been pulled from some dates to keep up with the suspension storyline. She is off the July 9th Raw in Boston, MA but in a strange move, she was taken off and then put back on the July 16th Raw show in Buffalo.
Rousey is now back on for the July 15th Extreme Rules pay-per-view which is very interesting even though she was previously pulled from that event as well. It seems like WWE doesn’t know when she’s going to show up next either as things could still be changing backstage.
She was advertised for the San Diego Raw but didn’t show up at all, not even in a dark match segment which is usually how they pull something like that off so it keeps with the storyline but the live crowd still gets to see her.
At this time Rousey is still scheduled for all of the house shows she was advertised for as well so it doesn’t seem like they’re going to risk losing her name off those cards. This would include the July 7th MSG show where she was initially booked to face Nia Jax for the Raw Women’s Title. At this time Rousey is still being promoted in a match against Nia Jax in MSG but Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss is now the special referee.
