During tonight’s NXT tapings in Full Sail University, WWE aired a promotional video for the upcoming Mae Young Classic. The video prominently featured Mia Yim, Rhea Ripley, Mercedes Martinez and Toni Storm. This is a strong indication that those females will be participating in the tournament.
It was also teased that the winner of the tournament will face whoever the NXT Women’s Champion is at a later date.
The 2018 Mae Young Classic will take place on Wednesday, August 8th and Thursday, August 9th from Full Sail University. As always, we will have live play-by-play coverage of the event.
