NXT Star Possibly Injured Ahead Of Takeover Chicago II?

Something about a Takeover special taking place in the Windy City has the injury bug going around. Last year it was reported that Tommasso Ciampa injured his knee ahead of DIY’s tag team title rematch against the Authors of Pain. Ciampa would end up still working the event…AND WE KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AFTERWARDS.

Video surfaced of an NXT house show in Paris with the One and Only, Ricochet, possibly hurting himself in after a nasty looking suicide dive. Ricochet landed awkwardly and the referee even threw up the dreaded “X.” Watch the video below.

Ricochet did celebrate with teammate Johnny Gargano post-match, and even tweeted out that he would certainly be still facing off with the Velveteen Dream on Saturday, so hopefully he’s 100%, and not just soldiering through it.
