WWE Champion Celebrates One Year With His Title

It’s been one whole year since Pete Dunne defeated Tyler Bate at NXT TakeOver: Chicago. The action is the ring along with Jim Ross on commentary made their match as close to a 5-star encounter as they come but sadly it only gained a 4.75 from Dave Meltzer.

However, Pete Dunne isn’t letting 1/4 of a star get to him because he’s still WWE United Kingdom Champion one year later.

The Bruiserweight recently sent out a short message proclaiming his accomplishment. It’s going to take a war to cause Dunne to drop his title at this point but he’s never been known to back down from a fight.
