Former WWE Diva Announcing at Sunday’s WrestleMania

The WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal might be on the kickoff show but there are a few good reasons to watch the show. For one thing, we get to see all the other women on the roster who aren’t Alexa Bliss, Nia Jax, Asuka, Charlotte Flair, Ronda Rousey, and Stephanie McMahon.

Another good reason to watch is Lilian Garcia will be on hand as the special guest ring announcer but now there’s another special guest as well.

It was confirmed during the WWE Hall Of Fame Red Carpet that Beth Pheonix will be on the commentary team during the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal match.

Pheonix did a good job during the Mixed Match Challenge so it’s likely WWE could be using her more often. If it goes well for her, she could be that female member on the commentary team that people sometimes say WWE needs and Pheonix would be a pretty good choice seeing how she knows what she’s talking about.

Pheonix commented on E&C’s Pod Of Awesomeness about how hard it was to learn commentary and it looks like she might have gotten the hang of it because WWE keeps booking her for more work.
