WWE Prematurely Announces Chris Jericho’s Return

As seen on Monday’s episode of RAW, Chris Jericho was revealed as one of the talents that would be appearing at next week’s RAW 25 Anniversary show.

Dave Meltzer indicated on today’s installment of Wrestling Observer Radio that the announcement was made prematurely as Jericho had not even finalized the terms to his agreement with WWE when the announcement was made. However, Jericho is still expected to make an appearance on the show. Jericho doesn’t have an exclusive NJPW deal that would prevent him from appearing on RAW.
