WWE apparently had different plans for Charlotte Flair and the SmackDown Women’s Championship prior to the Vince McMahon’s decision to bring up talents from NXT.
According to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Charlotte was set to work a program with Tamina Snuka with the idea that they could work the angle of both of them being second generation Superstars. Plans for this feud have been but on the back burner now that Charlotte is feuding with The Riott Squad.
