Real Reason Cesaro Is Wearing a Mouth Guard on WWE Television

As seen on WWE television lately, Cesaro has been wearing a mouth guard, which is making his promos sound absolutely terrible.

While some people are speculating that it has become a running joke backstage as something Vince McMahon finds funny, that is not the exactly the case here. Dave Meltzer mentioned on Wrestling Observer Radio that he wears the guard because WWE doesn’t want the audience to see his braces.
