He believes that Smackdown Live’s tag team division is lacking depth right now, but for this reason he’s happy to see the Titles flip flopping back and forth between The Usos and The New Day. He thinks those two teams have terrific chemistry and their match delivered big time at Hell in A Cell.
Speaking about Neville’s rumoured departure from WWE, Ryback urges fans not to believe all the news you hear. When Ryback was going through his WWE exit there were several news reports circulating that were incorrect and to his surprise, it was actually WWE who was putting out those stories to begin with.
Ryback admits that it might seem strange to some fans that Emma was chosen to face Asuka at TLC, but he also points out that WWE often tends to give random bumps to certain talents who haven’t been booked great as of late. He also says that he’s happy for Emma because she will get a nice PPV bonus, which she hasn’t had many of lately.
Ryback has no issue with the current Finn Balor/Bray Wyatt storyline. He believes that fans lack patience today, and the fact that these two guys have already wrestled multiple times is hurting this storyline. Unfortunately WWE can’t rush from one storyline to the next like most fans want because they only have so many creative options and they’d run out of storylines quickly. Ryback adds that Bray Wyatt is a tremendous guy who he always loved.
