Block 4:
He enjoyed the Women’s Title match between Charlotte and Natalya, but in a match this long Taz thought the fans deserved a clean finish. He has no issue with DQ finishes from time to time, but not when fans invest their time in lengthy PPV matches.
Taz has been singing the praises of Jinder Mahal for a long time now and it’s great to see his Title reign continue. Mahal is money, and this loss didn’t hurt Nakamura either in Taz’s opinion. However, there’s no doubt that WWE needs to have a steady plan for Nakamura moving forward because they’re booking him into a corner right now.
He liked the match between Bobby Roode and Dolph Ziggler but he points out that they were in a terrible place on the card, stuck between the WWE Championship match and the Hell in A Cell main event. He thought Ziggler’s entrance was perfect, and he particularly liked the multi-reversal finish.
That sums up today’s episode of The Taz Show. You can listen to the show yourself anytime here, and I’ll catch ya tomorrow for another recap!
