He liked the Bray Wyatt vignette and he thinks this new ‘Sister Abigail’ storyline has added a new layer to his character. There are rumours that Wyatt himself will be ‘Abigail’, and Russo hopes that Wyatt can pull this off because it can be tricky trying to balance two seperate characters.
Russo has no idea why Sheamus and Cesaro interfered in the Intercontinental Championship match, but he’s going to give WWE the benefit of the doubt here. He assumes that WWE will explain this plot hole in their storytelling next week, and they should also explain why Ambrose and Rollins didn’t run out to save Reigns during this beatdown from Sheamus, Cesaro and Miz.
He also doesn’t like the fact that WWE paired Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel with the Miz in an attempt to get them over, but only a few weeks later they were buried and replaced by Sheamus and Cesaro. Russo assumes that WWE believes Miz, Sheamus and Cesaro are a more formidable team to challenge The Shield.
