Blocks 3 & 4:
Taz wishes that WWE would cut a deal with The Young Bucks to inject some life into WWE. However, WWE’s recent cease and desist letter probably signals that both sides aren’t really on great terms with each other right now. Speaking about that cease and desist letter, Taz still doesn’t understand how WWE can trademark a hand gesture.
A listener calls into the show and asks Taz about the similarities between NWO’s invasion of WWE in the early 2000’s, and The Bullet Club’s invasion of RAW this past Monday. Taz points out that NWO’s invasion of WWE was a work, after WWE had purchased WCW and all of that company’s intellectual property. The Bullet Club’s invasion of RAW this past week was more similar to DX’s invasion of WCW during the attitude era.
That sums up today’s episode of The Taz Show. You can listen to the show yourself anytime here, and I’ll catch ya tomorrow for another recap!
