Welcome to Monday Night Raw, a mere six days away from WWE No Mercy!
Tonight’s show is to be main evented by Nia Jax facing Alexa Bliss. This is the first time these two have gone one-on-one but the match has been looming for a long time. Jax finally turned on Bliss a few weeks ago and now she finally gets her hands on the Champion, albeit in a non-title match, ahead of the huge Fatal 4-Way at No Mercy on Sunday night. Can Bliss escape with her body intact, or will she be demolished ahead of the huge match? Let us know your thoughts!
With No Mercy this Sunday, the most anticipated match is arguably John Cena Vs. Roman Reigns. The two biggest dogs, again arguably, in WWE are set to lock horns in a match that has had a fiery hot build-up. Cena and Reigns have gone back and forth over shoot-style promo’s, which Cena has come out on top of time and time again. Tonight is likely to see the two exchange words again but I wouldn’t be surprised to finally see them take the gloves off and go toe-to-toe. If so, keep your eye on whoever stands tall at the end, cause that person is likely to lose come Sunday night.
Braun Strowman has had an incredible few weeks, having beaten-up Brock Lesnar, demolished The Big Show inside of a steel cage, and laid-out John Cena. WWE has been building Strowman like an absolute monster and I don’t expect that to change tonight. WWE hasn’t advertised Lesnar for tonight’s show, so I don’t expect him to make an appearance, which leaves Strowman’s sights on some other poor soul.
There’s a lot more to look forward to on tonight’s show, from The Hardy Boyz to The Miz. Remember to download the free Ringside Talk app and let us know your thoughts and feelings. Enjoy the show!
