Russo adds that his son and his wife are renting a living space with two friends, and that’s another thing that he can’t understand. He says he was a home owner at the age of 22, so he can’t comprehend living with two other people as a married couple at the age of 30.
In addition to that, his son has a small ‘rat dog’ that Russo can’t stand. Apparently this dog urinated all over the carpet in this apartment and now the landlord won’t give them their damage deposit back. Russo says he can’t blame the landlord at all because if you’re a ‘bum’, you don’t deserve to get your damage deposit back.
Russo says he’s convinced that God plays a role in the decisions we make every day of our lives. He says that when we make selfish decisions that go against God’s plans for us, things will never work out the way we want them to.
When he was working for TNA several years ago he was not happy, and God told him that the money was not more important than his happiness and his family so he left the company. After being out of the company for a while he went back because Jeff Jarrett’s wife, Jill, was dying and Russo wanted to help his old friend out. However, there’s no denying that his financial stability played a factor as well.
