Dave Meltzer confirmed in the latest installment of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter of the rumors that Ronda Rousey is training with Brian Kendrick. Meltzer mentioned that Ronda isn’t doing it just for fun and it looks like the Horsewoman vs. Horsewoman feud will probably happen or a singles match at WrestleMania.
The original plan back was always for Rousey vs. Stephanie in a singles match after their 2015 angle at WrestleMania. At that time when the angle went down, women in the company were treated as third-class performers. This is no longer the case today and it is very possible that the company may have Rousey work a singles match against any of the active top female performers.
