Ryback says that would be a hard pill to swallow for any talent who has been on the main roster for an extended period of time, because the money is so much better on the main roster. In addition, there’s no denying that NXT is a developmental territory in spite of how many people try to argue differently, so no talent wants to be sent back to developmental.
Ryback mentions that he was watching RAW last week when the live crowd turned on Bayley. He admits that she hasn’t been booked well as of late, but he still doesn’t understand how big of an idiot you have to be to boo Bayley. He points out that nobody likes losers, and WWE continues to book Bayley in losing situations so they need to address this moving forward.
Ryback thinks it’s way too early to tell what’s going to happen with the Kurt Angle/Jason Jordan storyline, but it’s starting to become awkward right now. Ryback actually loves the angle, and he points out that Jordan has more of a character now than he ever did before. However, he admits that WWE may be too focused on having Jordan resemble Angle’s style in the ring, and they need to be careful with that.
