Ryback is joined on today’s show by his co-host Pat Buck.
Buck informs that he recently made his GFW live event debut. The live event took place in a stadium, so it felt rather empty even though they had a half decent crowd, and the acoustics were a little weird. Other than that, the locker room was great and he had a good time working with them. He thinks the company is making positive strides, and contrary to the internet’s belief he thinks the company is progressing.
Ryback says that the internet wrestling community is such a negative place, and they simply love to hear bad news. He says that his lawyers recently threatened legal action against Sportster for the negative press they’ve been positing about him without any facts, and they’ve pulled all the negative articles they’d posted about him.
He mentions that at previous points in this history of this podcast he has put over Seth Rollins and how much he enjoyed working with him in WWE. Somehow, he was quoted by a dirt sheet at one point as saying that Rollins was a terrible human being who he did not get along with at all. Ryback laughs and says that the quote was actually 100% opposite of what he said on the podcast.
