Bischoff also has no idea why they’re so determined to ‘win’ this legal battle because Jarrett, Nordholm and GFW have no practical use for this creative. He adds that GFW might have an argument here, but they’re fighting a steep uphill battle because they’re not only fighting the Hardy Boyz, they’re fighting WWE as well.
A listener calls into the show and asks Bischoff how he’d book a Chris Jericho return to WWE programming moving forward. He says that would all depend on how long Jericho would be staying, and you need to work backwards creatively from that date. He adds that Jericho’s recent one-off return was very well done because it wasn’t promoted, and in turn that promotes the notion that anything can happen on WWE programming on any given night.
Another listener calls into the show and asks Bischoff if it hurt when he was speared by Edge in WWE. Bischoff says it never hurt at all, and that’s a credit to Edge’s professionalism. He recalls getting speared by Goldberg one time and he actually bounced his head off of the bottom rope, but he admits that was his fault because he wasn’t positioned correctly in the ring.
