Possible Title Change Spoiler for WWE SummerSlam

Dave Meltzer speculated in the latest installment of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Nakamura will defeat Jinder Mahal for the WWE Championship title at this month’s SummerSlam event. He also noted that Nakamura will most-likely be screwed by Baron Corbin by cashing in his Money in the Bank contract directly after the match.

Meltzer noted that Corbin was being groomed for a run with the WWE Championship title earlier this year, however those plans were before they decided to push the Indian market and put the title on Mahal.

Speaking of SummerSlam, the event still has not sold out and the show is expected to run 5 and a half hours.
