There is a rumor going around that WWE has reached an agreement with Anthem Sports (parent company of Impact Wrestling) for the company to use the “Broken” gimmick on weekly WWE programming.
Dave Meltzer discussed these rumors on today’s installment of Wrestling Observer Live and mentioned that he has reached out to WWE to confirm these reports but hasn’t heard anything back. Meltzer confirmed that as of this weekend there was no deal reached. Meltzer said that a deal could have been reached on either Monday or Tuesday, but he is still waiting to confirm.
