As previously noted, Alberto El Patron claimed during a Q&A session on Periscope that WWE has reached out to him to return to the company after he left the company last year. The claims came about after a fan informed Alberto that he is only burning bridges talking badly about the company.
“I’m not burning bridges,” El Patron said. “I don’t plan on going back there, it’s them already calling me to go back to that company, but I’m not going back ever, ever, ever. I’m too happy being out of that place. It was me quitting that place, not staying in that place and not wanting to stay, even after they did everything to try to keep me in that company, I said, ‘no, I don’t want to be there.'”
According to PWInsider, El Patron is not making these claims up and is actually telling the truth here. It’s being said that it was Vince McMahon’s idea to bring him back after he asked for his release because Vince has been fond of Alberto. Vince believes Alberto looks like a star and was always planning to make him the next big Hispanic Superstar for the company.
