Matt & Jeff Hardy Now Free Agents

Matt and Jeff Hardy are officially no longer under any contract to Impact Wrestling and are now free agents.

The two are scheduled to appear for Ring of Honor on April 1st against the Young Bucks in Lakeland, Florida. They will also take part in the pre-WrestleMania tailgate party being promoted by WWNLive on Sunday, April 2nd, 2017.

In regards to their TNA Tag Team Championship titles, they will not be appearing for Impact to drop the titles. PWInsider reports that Impact is working out plans on what to do with the titles and shot down the Hardys’ offer to return to drop the belts.

As noted, there is speculation that the two can show up on WWE programming sometime after April. Matt Hardy has already been teasing a feud with Bray Wyatt on Twitter.
