Earlier this year, former WWE Divas Champion Maryse bravely shared that she had been diagnosed with a pre-cancerous condition. However, she has since received positive news, being declared tumor-free and is now back in the gym after such a long time.

At the age of 41, Maryse faced a challenging diagnosis of a rare pre-cancerous condition that targeted her ovaries. Sharing her journey on social media, she disclosed undergoing laparoscopy surgery, during which doctors discovered and successfully removed 11 implants scattered around her uterus, ovaries, and abdominal connective tissues.

These implants were identified as Serous Borderline Tumors, an exceptionally uncommon pre-cancerous condition that specifically affects the ovaries. Maryse underwent surgery for this condition in March. Fortunately, she was eventually declared tumor-free.

Maryse took to her Instagram story and uploaded a photo of herself, revealing that she is finally back in the gym after several months and hoped to make it a regular thing from now on.

“Back in the gym!!! Not being able to be in it for so many months!!! So now… we are making it an everyday rendez-vous.”

Maryse’s journey serves as a reminder of just how important it is to get the proper medical help for unusual symptoms. As she resumes her fitness routine in the gym, we hope she continues to get healthier and one day makes another appearance on WWE television again.
