Lince Dorado is a member of the Lucha House party in WWE, but that party doesn’t show up very often on television. Gran Metalik requested his release from WWE, but no report has surfaced that WWE granted that request. Lince Dorado, although he has not put in his release request, might be very unhappy as well.
According to a report from PW Insider, Lince Dorado is also very unhappy. Both members of the Lucha House Party reportedly tried to speak with management on several occasions about their unhappiness. Of course, waiting to speak with management in WWE involves a lot of time waiting in the hallway.
We are told that of late, both he and Lince Dorado have been seen at multiple TV tapings waiting to speak with WWE management due to unhappiness over how they are currently being used. There is no word whether Dorado has also requested a release.
Metalik and Dorado could find a lot of work outside of WWE, be it in Mexico or working the indies. They are certainly not being used to their full potential. It is unknown whether AEW would be interested, but only time will tell on that.
We will have to see what is next, but the Lucha House Party might want to take that party elsewhere. Given WWE’s proclivity to cut the budget, it’s hard to imagine that they won’t let them go.
