The Wyatt Sicks faction ended the first RAW episode following Clash at the Castle 2024 in the most gruesome way possible by taking out many WWE Superstars, with Chad Gable being a notable victim. In response to this alarming turn of events, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis has announced that he is preparing extra security measures for this week’s SmackDown.

As seen during the June 17 episode of Monday Night RAW, the reveal of the Wyatt Sicks group happened after the main event. The first member unveiled was Nikki Cross, followed by Erick Rowan. The third member, while not confirmed, appeared to be Dexter Lumis, and the fourth was Joe Gacy. The fifth member, reprising his role as Uncle Howdy, was Bo Dallas and he ended the show by declaring that the faction had finally arrived in WWE.

Ahead of Friday Night SmackDown tonight, WWE took to Twitter and uploaded a video of General Manager Nick Aldis, who addressed the heightened security measures being implemented in response to the recent chaotic events on Raw. Aldis stated that extra security will be in place to prevent any similar incidents, firmly stating that such disruptions will not happen on his watch.

“We have extra security on hand due to the events that happened on Monday. Not gonna happen on my watch.”
