Chelsea Green Didn’t Remain Backstage for Long Ahead of 4/30 NXT Appearance

Chelsea Green has made a name for herself as one of WWE’s most attention-grabbing personalities, and her appearance at the end of WWE NXT Spring Breakin‘ certainly lived up to that reputation. Interestingly enough, Green didn’t really stick around for a long time backstage in NXT this week.

As the show reached the end, General Manager Ava broke the news to NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez that she would be defending her title next week against Chelsea Green.

Chelsea Green had a brief segment with Roxanne Perez but it set the stage for next week’s show. According to Sean Ross Sapp behind Fightful’s paywall, Green didn’t stay backstage for long and rushed to finish her segment before leaving.

Chelsea Green also reunited with Mr. Stone following NXT this week. Regardless, we will have to wait and see how WWE will book Chelsea Green and Roxanne Perez’s match next week.
