After Tony Khan and his team decided to broadcast previously unseen backstage footage from the AEW All-In event at Wembley Stadium in London, the decision drew various reactions. While some fans and industry insiders were intrigued by the move, others were less supportive. Notably, Eric Bischoff responded by ridiculing AEW for the decision.

During this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, EVPs Matthew and Nicholas Jackson presented the audience with previously unseen footage from the AEW All In event. The video captured a confrontation between CM Punk and Jack Perry that quickly escalated into a physical altercation.

The audience reacted with mixed feelings, but as the brawl intensified, chants of support for Punk grew louder. AEW personnel stepped in to intervene and separate the two, attempting to prevent further chaos.

The company’s choice to use this footage to create interest in their product and the upcoming AEW Dynasty event seemed to have mixed results, as it led to negative reactions from fans on social media. Surprisingly, there was a noticeable increase in support for CM Punk, as evidenced by the audience’s response during the show in Charleston. This unexpected shift in favor of Punk could influence future storylines and dynamics within the promotion.

WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff took to Twitter and reacted to AEW airing the All In footage, as he simply used a clown emoji to describe the entire situation, making it clear that he felt the whole thing was a complete joke.

Even Tony Khan was heavily criticized for this move. CM Punk has also reacted to the footage already. Regardless, Eric Bischoff now has more ammo to use against AEW and there is nothing Tony Khan can do about it.
