Bobby Lashley and John Cena defeated Kevin Owns and Elias at the WWE Super Show-Down, but that was expected and isn’t the real story at all. In fact, another story could be how Cena won after such a short flurry of moves and then winning with his super-quick 6th Move Of Doom.
But after the match, Cena took the microphone and cut a very interesting promo.
John Cena said he didn’t know what the future holds for him, but then he put over the 70,000 Australians he was in front of. He said he didn’t know what to expect coming back and he didn’t know when he would be back even though WWE is his home and always has been. He said his life is changing but he’s not forgetting where he came from.
“I mean this from the bottom of my heart, there is not a better feeling in the world,” Cena said before he left.
This was a strange announcement indeed because it seems like he wanted to say more but didn’t. Of course, Cena will wrestle again but the only question is when. After all, he has a lot of things in the pipeline like the new Bumblebee Transformers movie among other things like the film he’s working on with Jackie Chan.
