Reason CM Punk & Dr. Amman’s Trial Was Delayed

As noted earlier, the libel trial for CM Punk & Colt Cabana against WWE doctor Chris Amann was been delayed. At the time of press, it was unknown exactly what the holdup was but we have now received additional details.

According to Austin Kellerman, a spokesperson at the Cook County Circuit Cleark says that the trial was reassigned to a new judge and that judge is Judge Elizabeth Budzinski. This was the reason for the delay this morning.

In regards to when the trial will resume, we have not received any additional details but we will keep you updated.
